-100% of services scheduled will be charged to the client(s) for no-shows and late cancellations.
-Any client(s) scheduling food service in our lounge will be charged a service fee of $20.00 per person.

Please note that our sessions are time sensitive. Our no-show and late cancellation policy applies to gift card recipients and members as well. Gift cards expire 1 year from date of purchase and cannot be used to purchase retail products. Any members who no-show, late cancel, or have unredeemed sessions will not be allowed to roll over. We will do our best to accommodate membership bookings however, we cannot guarantee appointment availability. We recommend that all membership services are booked in advance.
